... the HM x Balmain collection to be here!

The countdown has started: 17 days to see, touch, admire the pieces that resulted from the collaboration between the two brands.

Body-hugging pieces, pronounced shoulders, thigh-high boots.

Velvet, metallics, pearls and cord threads.

Sounds very Balmain like and I LOVE IT!

#1 Assim, é como eu me visto...

... naqueles dias onde tempo é coisa que me falta!

Estou de volta à rotina, um sinónimo de dias ocupados.

Trabalhos para acabar, trabalhos para entregar, exames para preparar.

Correr de um lado para o outro (ou estar sentada todo o dia!) pode ser bastante cansativo e aborrecido, e por isso mesmo roupas confortáveis estão no topo da minha lista.

Mas, desenganem-se se pensam que conforto significa enfadonho e descuidado. Não, não e não!

A ideia é jogar com as vossas roupas para criarem conjuntos divertidos, que farão o vosso dia parecer muito mais fácil.

No meu caso,

brinquei com um vestido justo beige, um casaco preto com franjas e umas botas tipo Dr Martens.

Formal? Não.

Casual? Nem por isso.

Apenas um conjunto para fazer esta miúda se sentir mais cool, feliz... e confortável!

#1 This is how I dress...

... for those busy days.

Routine is back, a synonym of busy days.
Works to do, essays to finish, exams to prepare.

Running around (or sitting all day!) can be tiring and boring so comfy clothes are definitely on top of my outfits' list.

But!, confort doesn't have to mean boring, careless outfits. No, no, no!

It is about playing with your clothes to make things funnier (and so your days go on easier!)

That's exactly what I did.

A mix between a tight mid-dress, a fringe jacket and Dr Martens lookalike boots. 

Not too casual, not formal at all. 

Just an outfit to make this girl feel cool, happy... and comfy!

#4 I want...

... a white (long/oversized) coat.

EN:

I have been a fan of minimalist "style" for a while now.
The outfits always look so perfect, so confortable, so stylish and so simple (the "Less is More" rule!)
Admiring it so much makes me want to go in that direction as my personal style.
This being said, my next step towards minimalism is:
finding a white long/oversized white coat.

I have been looking everywhere
but I have not founded THE one yet.

The hunt for the perfect coat continues...

A Kristina Bazan tem apenas 20 anos mas já conta com grandes feitos no que toca à sua carreira.

Fundou o blog "Kayture" em 2011, em conjunto com o seu parceiro James Chardon.
E depois de crescer aos bocadinhos...

O blog tornou-se o mais influente na Suiça e um dos mais conhecidos a nível mondial. 


Desde de blogger e modelo até directora creativa ( e mais recentemente cantora) a Kristina é a mulher dos 7 ofícios. 

Esta semana, alcançou um posto que muitas de nós gostariam de ocupar...

Conseguem imaginar o quão incrível deve ser?
Quero dizer, ela agora faz parte de um grupo restrito de nomes como Karlie Kloss, Eva Longoria ou Doutzen Kroes!

Também acho que sim!

... Kristina Bazan.

Kristina Bazan may be only 20 but she already has achieved incredible things in her professional life.

The influencer founded her blog "Kayture", back in 2011, together with James Chardon. 
And it is now the most influencial blog in Switzerland and one of the most famous worldwide. She has more than 2M of followers on Twitter, 1.8M on Instagram.

From blogging and modelling to being a creative director (and more recently a singer), Kristina can do A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G.

Her last big achievement?

To be the latest L'Oréal official ambassador! 

Can you imagine how amazing this is?! 
I mean, she is now in this small group of big names like Karlie Kloss, Eva Longoria or Doutzen Kroes!

After this... Don't you think Kristina is the person to follow... right now?! I think so too!

Pechincha X Stella McCartney X Raquel

Certamente já ouviram este nome antes, certo?
E provavelmente conhecem-no por causa de colaborações com marcas como H&M, Brendon ou LeSportsac.

Assim sendo, é aqui que entra a Adidas, a Stella McCartney e eu!

A estilista britânica começou a trabalhar com a Adidas em 2004.
10 anos depois, a Adidas e a Stella McCartney lançaram a "StellaSport", uma colecção cheia de cor a pensar nas mulheres jovens e activas.

Colecção pela qual me apaixonei mas que não tive oportunidade de obter... até ontem!

Enquanto esperava por uma amiga, decidi ir dar uma vista de olhos a ver se encontrava uns ténis brancos que tanto queria.
Foi nesse momento em que vi aquela que deve ser, até agora, a minha melhor pechincha do ano!

Encounter as sapatilhas StellaSport Irana por apenas 19.99€! 
(Elas custavam mais de 70€!)

(Digam lá, se isto não é uma pechincha então não sei!)

Bom, excusado será dizer que as trouxe comigo para casa.

Um final feliz para mim, para o meu armário do calçado e para a minha carteira!

E aqui têm, o meu pequeno conto sobre uma pechincha, a Stella McCartney e eu.

Bargain X Stella McCartney X Raquel

Stella McCartney

You surely have heard this name before, haven’t you?

And you probably know her for collaborating with brands like H&M, Bendon or LeSportsac.

And now, this is where, Adidas, Stella, a bargain (and me!) come in.

The designer started working with Adidas back in 2004. 

Ten years after, Adidas and Stella launched “SportStella” a very young and colourful collection. Collection that I fell for but didn’t get my hands on… till yesterday!

While waiting for a friend, I decided to take a walk around shops to watch for some nice white trainers. That was when I spotted a massive bargain, probably the best one of the year so far.

The StellaSport Irana trainers for 19.99€ !

(They used to cost more than 70€!)

(C'mon, if this isn't a bargain, I don't know what it it!)

Well, no need to say that they came home with me. 

And this is it, a happy ending for me, my wardrobe and my wallet!

And here you have it, my story about a bargain, Stella McCartney and I.

95 anos de inspiração, influência, singularidade, sem rugas nem cabelos brancos!

Não parece mas a Vogue Paris festeja 95 anos este ano!

Para assinalar esta data, Emmanuelle Alt e a sua equipa decidiram fazer algo especial.

Na edição de Outubro não temos 1 mas 4 capas com nomes conhecidos como 

Christy Turlington fotografada pela dupla Inez Van Lamsweerde e Vinoodh Matadin

Kate Moss por Mert Alas e Marcus Piggot

Gisele Bündchen por Mario Testino

e Kendall Jenner por David Sims.

Para além destas 4 capas, a edição deste mês inclui o arquivo de images da Vogue Paris. Arquivo este que contém imagens de pessoas como Yves Saint Laurent ou Marisa Bereson.

Ainda para celebrar este aniversário, a Vogue lançou um livro chamado "Vogue Covers 1920-2015" onde podes ver as cerca de 140 capas da revista ao longo deste 95 anos. Capas criadas por grandes nomes como David Bailey, Irving Penn, William Klein e Any Warhol. 

Eu já tenho a minha revista e espero conseguir ter o livro nas minhas mãos em breve.

To celebrate this important date, Emmanuelle Alt and her team decided to do something special.

In October's issue we don't have 1 but 4 different covers staring

Besides the 4 covers, this month’s issue includes Vogue Paris' image archive which is enriched with images of people like YSL, or Marisa Bereson.

Furthermore, to celebrate its 95th anniversary, the magazine published "Vogue Covers 1920-2015", a book that assemble 140 covers of Vogue Paris through its 95 years. Covers made by talented people like David Bailey, Irving Penn, William Klein or Any Warhol. 

I already have my magazine and hopefully will get my hands on the book too.
